Crisp-edged flatbread spread with garlicky white bean cream and rosemary. Built around everyday ingredients and a clear method, this vegetarian recipe delivers strong flavour without unnecessary complication.

Method

  1. Blend beans, garlic, lemon and 1 tbsp oil until smooth.
  2. Stretch dough onto an oiled tray.
  3. Spread with bean cream; add onion, tomatoes and rosemary.
  4. Drizzle with remaining oil and bake at 230°C for 18–20 minutes.
  5. Finish with flaky salt and slice.
