Method

Boil potatoes for 10 minutes until nearly tender; drain.
Cook onion and cumin in oil for 6 minutes; add remaining spices.
Fold in potatoes, peas, chutney and seasoning; cool.
Transfer to a pie dish, cover with pastry, trim and vent.
Brush with plant milk and bake at 210°C for 30–35 minutes.
