Rich, mousse-like chocolate pudding that's secretly full of fibre and omega-3. Stir, wait, eat.

Method

  1. Whisk the cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla and salt into the milk until no lumps remain.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds. Wait 5 minutes and stir again to break up any clumps.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and set.
  4. Stir, divide between two glasses and top with berries, nuts, yoghurt and chocolate.
